Kimchi Udon Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients :

1. Bacon
2. Fresh Udon
3. Kimchi
4. Ebiko
5. Garlic
6. Onion
7. Carrot
8. Japanese Green Onion
9. Gochujang
10. Seaweed (for rice topping)
11. Sugar
12. Soy Sauce
13. Cooking Oil

Instructions:

1. Start by preparing the ingredients, such as chopping garlic, slicing onions, carrots, and Japanese green onions, and preparing bacon.
2. In a pan, fry a portion of the bacon until crispy. Once done, set it aside.
3. In the same pan, use medium heat, add Cooking oil, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Then add the remaining bacon, followed by carrots, onions, and stir-fry until cooked. Add Kimchi, season with Gochujang, sugar, and Soy sauce. Add Udon noodles and Japanese green onions, stir until well combined.
4. Before serving, top it with crispy bacon, seaweed, and Ebiko.
