Pumpkin Cheese Ball 🎃🧀
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Chive and onion cream cheese
- Shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Bell peppers
- Crackers (for serving)
Instructions: Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chive and onion cream cheese, and shredded mild cheddar cheese. Add finely diced bell peppers for extra flavor and texture. Season with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Shape into a pumpkin: Form the mixture into a round ball, then roll it in shredded mild cheddar cheese until the outside is evenly coated in orange. Wrap the ball tightly in plastic wrap, and use rubber bands to gently crisscross around it to create pumpkin-like ridges. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Decorate: Remove the plastic wrap and rubber bands. Cut a small piece of bell pepper stem (or use the top of the pepper) and place it on top as the pumpkin “stem.”
Serve: Place the cheese ball on a serving platter surrounded by crackers, and enjoy your festive and creamy Pumpkin Cheese Ball! 🎃✨
