Meatball Subs

Ingredients

1. Ground Beef
2. Mozzarella cheese slices
3. Baguette
4. Onion Powder
5. Garlic
6. Salt
7. Black Pepper
8. Onion
9. Tomato Sauce
10. Olive Oil
11. Parsley
12. Eggs
13. Bread Crumbs
14. Grated Parmesan Cheese
15. Sweet Basil

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meatballs until browned. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, grill sliced onions until caramelized. Set aside.
4. Prepare the sauce by heating olive oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped onions until fragrant. Add tomatoes sauce, fresh basil, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato sauce. Combine the seared meatballs with the sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
5. Cut the baguette in half and assemble the subs by placing grilled onions, meatballs with sauce, mozzarella slices, and Parmesan Cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted.
6. Top with fresh basil. Enjoy your delicious Meatball Subs!
