Charcuterie Chalet

Ingredients:

1. Bread Sticks
2. Crackers
3. Almonds Slivers
4. Salami or Prosciutto
5. Cream Cheese Plain
6. Chive And Onion Cream Cheese
7. Baby Bells
8. Provolone Cheese Slices
9. Thyme
10. Rosemary
11. Stick Pretzels
12. Blueberry
13. Ricotta Cheese
14. Rold Gold Pretzels Classic Thins

Instructions

1. Smear cream cheese on the board

• Spread a thin layer of Cream Cheese Plain all over the board. This helps the crackers and breadsticks stand upright and also creates a snowy base.

2. Build the chalet walls and roof

• Place Nabisco Honey Maid Crackers onto the cream cheese to form the base.
• Arrange the breadsticks along the length of the first cracker layer to form a triangular house shape. Spread Cream Cheese Plain on top to help them stick together.
• Place Provolone Cheese Slices on top to create the roof.

3. Fill the Front & Back Interior

• Line the inside of the chalet with Nabisco Honey Maid Crackers to fully fill the front section of the house. Then roll charcuterie meats (such as salami, prosciutto, or ham) and place them at the back of the cabin to resemble stacked wooden logs.

4. Stucco the front of the chalet

• Use Chive And Onion Cream Cheese to “stucco” the front—spread it to look like textured plaster. Fill any gaps with almond slivers.

5. Create the Decorations
6. 1 Make a door using Stick Pretzels. Simply break or trim the Stick Pretzels to the size you want, then arrange the pieces together to form the front door of the chalet.
7. 2 Create a pathway with almond slivers. Scatter almond slivers in a neat line leading from the door outward.
8. 3 Make a wreath from thyme. Roll or bend a small bunch of thyme into a circle to create a mini wreath, then place it above the door.
9. 4 Use ricotta cheese to create small snow mounds around the chalet. Simply spoon ricotta around the house to look like fluffy snow piles.
10. 5 Use rosemary and Babybel Cheese as landscape decorations around the house. Arrange rosemary as tiny “trees” and place Babybel Cheese around the chalet to resemble small decorative stones.
11. 6 Use Rold Gold Pretzels Classic Thins to create a fence around the chalet. Stand or lay the pretzels around the perimeter to form a simple rustic fence.
12. 7 Add blueberries as accents near the door. Place a couple of blueberries beside the front door to serve as cute decorative accents.
