Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Plain Cream Cheese
- Small candy ball
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Take one strawberry and trim a small part from the pointed tip so it can stand upright (keep the leafy top intact).
- Take another strawberry and cut off the pointed tip to use as Santa’s hat.
- Make the Filling
- In a small bowl, soften the plain cream cheese and transfer it to a piping bag (or a small plastic bag with the corner snipped).
- Pipe the cream cheese onto the top part of the strawberry with the leafy head, spreading it down to about the middle of the berry to create Santa’s face and beard area.
- Assemble the Santa
- Place the strawberry tip (from the second strawberry) on top of the cream-cheese-covered head to form Santa’s hat.
- Pipe a small dot of cream cheese on the tip of the hat to create the fluffy pom-pom.
- Add a thin line of cream cheese around the base of the hat to resemble the hat trim.
- Add the Face
- Place two small candy balls onto the cream cheese to create Santa’s eyes. Add another small candy ball in the center to make Santa’s nose.
- Serve Arrange the Strawberry Santas on a plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
