Tofu Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- Soft tofu 1 box
- 1 avocado
- Cherry tomatoes 30 g.
- Ginger
- Fermented rice vinegar 2 tbsp.
- Japanese soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Brown sugar 2 tsp.
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper 1/4 tsp.
- Sesame oil 1 tsp.
- Roasted white sesame / Roasted black sesame 10 g.
- Edible flowers (arranging a plate)
Cooking Method:
- Slice the avocado and tomato according to the desired size and arrange on a plate.
- Blot the tofu with a tissue to dry. Cut into desired size and arrange on a plate.
- Make salad dressing by grating 1 teaspoon fresh ginger into a mixing bowl, followed by 2 tablespoons of fermented rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/ pepper. 4 tsp, 1 tsp sesame oil, white and toasted sesame seeds
- Drizzle with salad dressing. Arrange the dish as you like.
