Fusilli is one of Italy’s all-time favourite pasta shapes and its name derives from the spindle used in the old recipes of Campagna. Every region pairs it with the flavours that enhance it the most, from Trapani-style Sicilian pesto to tomato sauce with cacioricotta cheese and horseradish.
