Spaghetti is said to have originated in either China or Greece, depending on your viewpoint, but one thing is undisputed: it has become one of the ultimate symbols of Italy worldwide, also lending its name to “Spaghetti westerns”, the term used to identify Italian-style western films. A well-known shape usually famously dressed in Amatriciana or Carbonara sauce, but also a great match for fish and vegetables.
