Snowman Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  1. 2 blocks Garlic & Herb Cheese
  2. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  3. 8–10 whole peppercorns (for eyes, mouth, and buttons)
  4. 1 carrot (for the nose, hat pieces, and scarf decoration)
  5. Rosemary sprigs (for arms)
  6. Crackers or vegetable sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Shape the Snowman
  • Start by taking 2 Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese blocks and cutting one in half. Combine the half piece with the second full block to create two portions—one larger (for the body) and one smaller (for the head).
  • Wrap each portion tightly in plastic wrap and roll into a ball. Freeze for 5 minutes to help them firm up.
  1. Add the Snow Coating
  • Remove each cheese ball from the plastic wrap.
  • Roll and gently press Grated Parmesan Cheese onto all sides of the cheese balls until fully coated.
  1. Assemble the Snowman Stack the two cheese balls, placing the larger one on the bottom and the smaller one on top to form the snowman shape.

  2. Create the Face and Accessories Use whole peppercorns to make the eyes, mouth, and buttons down the snowman’s body.

  3. Add the Hat, Scarf, and Nose

  • Cut a small carrot piece into a cone shape and attach it as the snowman’s nose.
  • Slice additional carrot rounds or cylinders to create the snowman’s hat and place it on top of the head.
  • Use a thin carrot strip to form a simple scarf and wrap it around the neck area.
  1. Add the Arms Insert rosemary sprigs on each side of the snowman to resemble rustic arms.

  2. Serve Place the snowman on a serving plate and surround it with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Enjoy your adorable and festive Snowman Cheese Ball!
