- 4 tablespoons (40 grams) cornstarch
- 4 large eggs
Directions
In a mixing bowl, gently whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and cornstarch until everything is smooth and well blended. If you’d like a touch of sweetness, feel free to stir in your favorite sweetener here.
Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a foil container. This extra step makes the texture extra smooth.
Place the container in your air fryer and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until the top looks set and the center still has a soft, custard-like jiggle.
Carefully take the cake out and let it cool on the counter. Then pop it into the fridge for at least 2 hours to let all the flavors settle and the texture firm up beautifully.
