Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients: For the Steak :

1. Ribeye steak, 1 piece
2. Salted butter, 1 tablespoon
3. Chopped garlic, 2 cloves
4. Fresh rosemary
5. Salt
6. Black pepper

Sauce :

1. Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2. Salted butter, 2 tablespoons
3. Heavy Cream, 1 quart
4. Parsley, 1 tablespoon (fresh, chopped)
5. Cajun Seasoning
6. Lemon

Instructions:

1. Season the steak with salt and black pepper. In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of salted butter. Grill the steak for a while, then add 2 cloves of garlic and rosemary. Grill until the steak is done, then set aside.
2. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and mix well. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter, then add the shrimp and cook until about 80% done. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add heavy cream and stir. Add Cajun seasoning, sprinkle chopped parsley, and pour in the lemon juice from 1 wedge.
4. Pour the sauce over the grilled steak and serve. Enjoy your delicious meal!
