Pork & Apple Sausages braised with smoky bacon and cider
Ingredients
  • olive oil
  • 8 Pork & Apple Sausages from Wicks Manor
  • 6 Smoked Streaky Bacon from Wicks Manor
  • 1 Onion, halved and sliced
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 450 ml cider
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • a handful of parsley, chopped
  • mashed potato

Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil, cook sausages until browned, and remove.
  2. Cook bacon and onion until golden. Add flour, then cider, and simmer.
  3. Add mustard and sausages, and simmer until the sauce thickens. Add parsley and serve with mashed potato.
