How to
  1. Defrost the croissant dough for 2 hours until the dough is soft and fluffy.
  2. Preheat the waffle maker to level 2-3 (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. Put the croissant batter into the waffle maker, close the lid, press firmly, wait 3-5 minutes or until done, then take it out.
  4. Grill the bacon until crispy, then put it on top of croffle, drizzle with honey and garnish with rosemary.
  5. Or make a dessert menu by placing strawberry, whipped cream topped with condensed milk from Hokkaido and garnished with mint leaves.
