Ingredients:

  1. Salmon Fillet
  2. Salt
  3. Black Pepper
  4. Korea Soy Sauce
  5. Sesame Oil
  6. Truffle Mayo
  7. Japanese Rice
  8. Tobiko
  9. Kimjaban soy sauce (Shredded Seaweed)

Cooking Method:

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Then put it on the grill pan.
  2. When the salmon is cooked, prepare a mixing bowl. Add in salmon and crush it until it breaks. Then season with Korean Soy Sauce, about 2 tbsp., Sesame Oil about ½ tablespoons. And the key is truffle mayo from Hearty Spoon, about 3 tbsp. And mix well!
  3. Then add Japanese rice and tobiko, ending with seaweed sprinkled on rice, soy sauce flavor, and mix well. Shape into a ball or shape as you like. Ready to serve!
