Ingredients:
- Salmon Fillet
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Korea Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Truffle Mayo
- Japanese Rice
- Tobiko
- Kimjaban soy sauce (Shredded Seaweed)
Cooking Method:
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Then put it on the grill pan.
- When the salmon is cooked, prepare a mixing bowl. Add in salmon and crush it until it breaks. Then season with Korean Soy Sauce, about 2 tbsp., Sesame Oil about ½ tablespoons. And the key is truffle mayo from Hearty Spoon, about 3 tbsp. And mix well!
- Then add Japanese rice and tobiko, ending with seaweed sprinkled on rice, soy sauce flavor, and mix well. Shape into a ball or shape as you like. Ready to serve!
