  1. Spaghetti
  2. Guanciale
  3. Pecorino Romano Cheese
  4. Eggs
  5. Black Pepper
  6. Salt

Cooking Method:

  1. Cut the Guanciale into small dice and grill. Then set aside.
  2. Grate Pecorino Romano Cheese and set aside.
  3. Mix 1 egg, and 2 egg yolks, beat to combine, then add salt, black pepper, and Pecorino cheese. mix until combined.
  4. Boil the spaghetti. Then put it in a pan with bacon oil. Let the oil coat the spaghetti well. Add a little boiled water.
  5. Then turn off the power. Put the sauce that we have mixed in. Stir to combine. Once done, put the Guanciale in it and it's ready to serve!
