WINEMAKING PROCESS: Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tank .The wines ages in big oak vats (“foudre”) with periodical lees stirring. TASTING NOTES: Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. Intriguing nose with hints of tropical fruit such as papaya, mango and acacia ending with a touch of vanilla and sweet tobacco. The sip is pleasant, tasty, well balanced with a mineral vibe.
