Fresh sturgeon is transformed into smoked sturgeon filets. The sturgeon is first marinated in juniper berries, coriander, bay leaves, salt and then cold smoked. The flavor is extremely delicate, with just enough salt, the meat firm and lightly smoked. The filet has not been skinned so as to make slicing easier. The high nutritional properties and a low fat content make it particularly popular.
Excellent when eaten as it is or when paired with crunchy crostini.
Each filet is individually packaged and vacuum sealed. The weight is roughly 350g. The shelf life is 30 days.
