Tagliatelle originated in the Marche region of Italy, which is also where TruffleHunter fell in love with truffles. So, it was only fitting that they combined the two. Working with local pasta makers, they’ve created restaurant-quality tagliatelle infused with a subtle hint of decadent and earthy black truffle. To create a luxurious meal for four, simply cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes, drain, toss with a tablespoon of truffle oil and serve topped with a twist of black pepper and a sprinkle of finely grated Parmesan.
