Pauls Salted Butter is delicately churned from fresh/ pasteurised cream sourced from pasture-raised Australian dairy cows to produce a premium quality butter. We use the traditional Fritz process, giving our butter a unique rich mouthfeel texture that’s smooth and creamy with a slight pinch of salt.
