Creamy, delicious and oh-so satisfying Chick’n Tikka Masala curry topped with chopped coriander, served with rice and gluten-free flatbread.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Loosen the lid and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
2. Remove bread (it’s done), stir curry well, replace lid, and microwave 1-2 minutes more until warm through.
3. Stir again, replace lid and rest for 1 minute.
