This range of wines were affectionately named after our founder’s family cottage which he built in 1845, one year after he planted his first vines on his property in Magill. Grape Variety Chardonnay Vineyard Region South Eastern Australia WINE ANALYSIS Alc/Vol: 13%, Acidity: 5.4 gL, pH: 3.47 MATURATION 20% matured on French oak COLOUR Clear and bright with pale sun bleached hay and green hues. NOSE Creamy vanilla bean and subtle nutty spice. Yellow peach, honeydew melon and stone fruits dominate the bouquet. PALATE Clean freshly cut stone fruits across the palate with elements of citrus and nougat. Subtle integrated creamy oak and mouth-watering acid completes a generous, textural palate of great length.
