Basmati Rice
“Basmati” is Hindi for “Queen of Fragrance“ - it is a rice that has been planted in India and Pakistan. Basmati rice is very aromatic, its corn is very long in shape and white in color. Furthermore it is a kind of rice that does not stick together, as it is a very loose rice. Basmati rice can be either white or brown in color and can be eaten with typical Indian dishes or Thai Curries.
