Amy’s original Pot Pie. Organic carrots, peas, potatoes and tofu simmered in a creamy, well-seasoned sauce inside a tender, flaky butter crust made from organic whole wheat flour. This is the pie that started it all. Tree nut free/kosher
CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve. (If glaze is desired, brush top with butter or milk and honey after first 20 minutes of baking.)
MICROWAVE OVEN Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3½ minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
TOASTER OVEN Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
